Shipping and Delivery Policy
This Shipping and Delivery Policy explains how and when BRANCARTNEST ships orders, the delivery options available, and what to expect once your order is on its way. We prepare and dispatch every order from our studio in Santa Fe, New Mexico.
1. Order Processing
Orders are processed on business days, which are Monday through Friday excluding public holidays. Most orders are inspected, re-shaped by hand, and prepared for dispatch within one to two business days of being confirmed. During busier periods or promotional events, processing may take slightly longer, and we will keep you informed if a meaningful delay occurs.
2. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including all fifty states. Certain remote destinations may require additional transit time. If we are unable to ship to a particular address, we will contact you and arrange a full refund.
3. Shipping Methods and Timescales
- Standard shipping, typically delivered within three to seven business days after dispatch.
- Express shipping, a two-business-day service offered as an add-on at checkout.
- Delivery timescales begin once your order has been dispatched, not at the moment the order is placed.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before you pay, based on the method you select. Standard shipping is provided free of charge on qualifying orders above the threshold shown in your cart. Express shipping is charged at the rate shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide a tracking reference so you can follow its progress. Please allow a short time after dispatch for tracking information to update, as carriers do not always register a parcel immediately.
6. Delivery Issues
If your order is delayed well beyond the expected window, appears to be lost in transit, or arrives damaged, please contact us using the details at the end of this page. We will work with the carrier to locate your parcel or arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Returns and Refund Policy.
7. Incorrect Addresses
It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address. We cannot be held responsible for orders delayed or lost because of an incorrect or incomplete address. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery, which may incur an additional shipping charge.
