Payment Policy

This Payment Policy describes the payment methods BRANCARTNEST accepts, how and when you are charged, and how we handle currency, taxes, and payment security. It should be read alongside our Terms and Conditions.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

At checkout we offer a range of payment methods so you can choose the one that suits you. Each method presents its own fields for the information required to complete the transaction securely.

• Credit and debit cards from the major networks.
• PayPal.
• Apple Pay and Google Pay.
• Shop Pay.
• Buy-now-pay-later options such as Klarna and Afterpay.
• Direct bank transfer (ACH) for supported accounts.
• BRANCARTNEST gift cards.

2. When You Are Charged

Payment is authorized at the time you place your order. For most methods the full amount is captured when the order is confirmed. For buy-now-pay-later providers, the provider agrees the payment schedule with you directly and pays us on your behalf, subject to their own terms and any checks they carry out.

3. Currency and Taxes

All transactions are processed in United States dollars. Applicable sales tax is calculated based on your delivery address and is shown at checkout before you confirm payment. You are responsible for any charges your own bank may apply, such as fees for currency conversion if you pay from a non-US account.

4. Payment Security

Payments are processed by established third-party providers using secure, encrypted connections. BRANCARTNEST does not store your full card number or bank credentials on its own systems. We receive only confirmation that a payment has succeeded and the limited details needed to manage your order and any refunds.

5. Failed or Declined Payments

If a payment is declined or cannot be completed, your order will not be confirmed and no items will be reserved for you. Common reasons include incorrect details, insufficient funds, or a security check by your bank. You are welcome to try again or select a different payment method.

6. Gift Cards

BRANCARTNEST gift cards may be redeemed toward the cost of an order at checkout. Gift cards are not exchangeable for cash except where required by law, and any remaining balance stays on the card for future use. Please keep your gift card code and PIN secure, as they may be usable by anyone who has them.

7. Pricing Errors

In the rare event that an item is listed at an incorrect price, we will contact you before taking payment or before dispatching your order, and give you the choice to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
