This Product Disclaimer sets out important information about the caps and accessories sold by BRANCARTNEST, including natural variation, sizing, and appropriate use. Please read it so you know what to expect from your product.

1. Colour and Appearance

We photograph and illustrate our products as faithfully as we can, but the colour and texture you see on screen depend on your device and its settings. The finished cap may differ slightly in shade or tone from what appears on your display. Such differences are normal and are not considered a fault.

Our caps are made from natural and blended materials such as cotton, canvas, corduroy, and linen. These materials carry small, natural variations in weave, grain, and finish. Slight differences between two pieces of the same model are part of the character of the material, not a defect.

3. Sizing and Fit

We provide fit descriptions and adjustment details for each model to help you choose. Because head shapes and personal preferences vary, we cannot guarantee that a particular cap will fit every wearer perfectly. 4. Intended Use

Our caps are designed for everyday wear, casual use, travel, and general outdoor activity. They are fashion accessories and are not protective equipment. They are not designed or certified to protect against impact, extreme weather, industrial hazards, or ultraviolet exposure beyond the ordinary shade a brim provides.

5. Care and Longevity

The lifespan and appearance of your cap depend on how it is worn and cared for. We provide care guidance with each order and through our Re-Shaping and Care Kit. Following that guidance will help your cap keep its shape and colour. Ordinary wear, fading, and softening over time are expected and are not defects.

6. No Warranty Beyond Stated Terms

Except for any specific warranty we expressly offer, such as our optional Extended Care Warranty, products are sold as described without additional guarantees. Nothing in this disclaimer removes or limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
