You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with any tags and packaging intact. Caps that show signs of wear, alteration, or damage that did not arise from a manufacturing fault may not qualify for a refund.

To begin a return, contact us using the details at the end of this page with your order number and the reason for the return. We will confirm whether your item is eligible and provide instructions on how and where to send it. Please do not send items back before receiving these instructions, as this can delay your refund.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow a reasonable period for your bank or payment provider to process the refund and for it to appear on your statement.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Unless the return is the result of an error on our part or a faulty item, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where an item was faulty, damaged on arrival, or sent in error.

Items that have been personalized or made to order cannot be returned or refunded unless they are faulty or were produced incorrectly, because they are made specifically for you. Please review any made-to-order details carefully before confirming your order.
