The fastest way to get in touch is by email, and you can also call us during our studio hours or write to us at our address in Santa Fe. Our details are listed in full at the bottom of this page. We aim to reply to every message within one business day.
Studio Hours
Our studio is open Monday through Friday, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Mountain Time, excluding public holidays. Messages received outside these hours are answered on the next business day, in the order they arrive.
What to Include
To help us assist you quickly, please include your order number if your question relates to an existing purchase, along with a short description of what you need. For sizing questions, letting us know your usual hat size and the model you are considering allows us to give you a more useful answer.
